Both homes are within walking distance of the local town, shops and beach front.All About Care offers the following benefits:Employee Assistance ProgrammeEnhanced overtime ratesIntroductory BonusesFree TrainingFree DBSFlexible working patternsFull, Part-time & Bank ContractsCompany Pension SchemeSenior Care Assistants will be required to: Attend handover at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure all our residents can be supported fully and to allocate responsibilities to Care TeamsOversee the running of the shift to ensure residents needs are met and staff are supportedAssist residents who need help with dressing, undressing, bathing and continence supportAssist as required those with mobility issues, physical disabilities and help in the use of care aids and equipmentAssist with meals and snacks as required, ensuring individual dietary requirements are followed.Carryout competency assessments, induction and in-house training of staffComplete audits and over H&S, Medication and IPC protocolsTo record and document adequate records of client care and support on our digital care planning software.Ensure care plans & risks assessments are reviewed and updated according to residents changes in need.Maintain high levels of communication, attend regular meetings and supervisionsAll About Care are looking for individuals with Senior care experience, preferably in mental health and who have gained a minimum of Level 3 H&SC Diplomas.
