This is a hands-on role where youll manage projects from concept to completiondeveloping designs, pitching to clients, and ensuring smooth delivery.Youll work closely with our Head of Design, Creative Director, and Project Managers to bring high-quality interiors to life. This role suits someone confident managing client expectations, working in a fast-paced environment, and building strong working relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead residential interior design projects, especially show homes , from start to finishCreate and present design concepts to clients in person and onlinePrepare mood boards, layouts, and FF&E specificationsManage procurement, budgets, and supplier coordinationWork with Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and site implementationMentor junior designers and support a collaborative team environmentWhat Youll BringDegree in Interior Design or similar35+ years experience in residential interiors, with a strong show home portfolioConfident presenting to clients and managing expectationsSkilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft OfficeStrong project management, timekeeping, and communication skillsComfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced studioFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel between London and EssexTPBN1_UKTJ
