Regional Support Manager (Nursing and Care Homes) Suffolk Area £60,000 BasicWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to oversee or assist in the day-to-day running of our care homes. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining financial oversight with a strong focus on occupancy, and providing leadership, support, and mentorship to staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to our residents.Key duties and responsibilitiesProvide effective leadership, recruit for key roles, and ensure staff are trained. Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff to create a supportive working environment. Monitor financial and business performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to meet targets. Compliance & RiskEnsure legal and regulatory compliance, manage risks, and implement action plans where needed. Skills and attributesNMC - registered nurse preferred but not essential.. Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
