Our client, a leading manufacturer is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both its workforce and operational compliance processes. This is a diverse, hands-on role covering a broad spectrum of people-related activities, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in HR and employee wellbeing.Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Youll work closely with managers and employees to ensure a smooth experience across the employee lifecycle, assist with training and development efforts, and maintain accurate and compliant records. Youll also help ensure the workplace environment remains positive, safe, and well-organised.Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:Managing new starter processes, contract updates, and employee departuresMaintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data confidentialitySupporting internal recruitment campaigns, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communicationScheduling employee training and tracking completion rates to ensure complianceProviding general advice to employees and supervisors on internal policies and proceduresOrganising employee wellbeing initiatives, including absence tracking and referral supportCoordinating uniform orders, benefits administration, and staff communicationsAssisting with formal meetings and internal investigations by preparing documents and note-takingSupporting internal audits, compliance checks, and internal reportingCollaborating across departments to support internal projects and ensure efficient operationsAbout You:You have previous experience in an HRYou're detail-oriented, highly organised, and can handle sensitive information with discretionYou enjoy working independently and are comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesYour communication skills are clear, professional, and people-focusedYoure IT-savvy, particularly with spreadsheets and cloud-based systemsIt Would Be Great If You Also Have:Knowledge of HRIS or HR softwareExperience supporting employee relations or compliance processesA general awareness of employment practices or workplace regulationsThis is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation where your input will be valued, and no two days are the same.TPBN1_UKTJ
