Youll play an important role in ensuring that legal transactions are processed smoothly and that both client and internal financial systems remain compliant and efficient.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with processing payments including BACS, CHAPS, and international transfersSupporting the team with daily bank reconciliations and account updatesHelping to prepare and process invoicesMonitoring and inputting financial data into the firm's systemsLearning to understand compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)Communicating professionally with lawyers, clients, and external bodiesDeveloping your knowledge of VAT, interest calculations, and financial reportingProviding admin and cashiering support to the wider Finance teamWhat Were Looking ForThis role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior professional who is:?
