Female Support Worker Pay rate:£14.33 - £14.85 per hour Shift Pattern:Day Shifts - Monday to Friday 0800-1600 (2 days from 5 days available) Were looking for a kind, calm and confident Support Worker to help care for a bright and resilient little girl with complex medical needs. She lives withTurners Syndrome, ASD, scoliosisand other health conditions, and requires daily support with atracheostomy, ventilator, and PEG feeding . Clinical care includes suctioning, medication, emergency preparedness, and supporting safe, comfortable routines at home. She enjoys gentle play and family life, and thrives with a consistent, caring presence. Youll work closely with her family to ensure her environment is safe, calm and nurturing.
