Wincanton for Sainsbury's at our Thameside depot in London are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Depot Operations Manager, the Shift Manager leads a team of Warehouse Team Managers, ensuring safe operational performance while meeting all key performance indicators to exceed customer expectations. We receive, pick and load store orders accurately, safely and in a timely manner to meet the outbound loading schedule, across our four grocery chambers (ambient, frozen, chill and produce). We are looking for candidates with experience of a multi-temperature, food environment. Any 5 days from 7, shift times are rotating earlies and lates06:00 -14:00 and 14:00-22:00 How will you contribute?
