About You As a Building Control Team Leader, you will bring to the role: Experience and Knowledge of the whole Building Control System Ability to manage and enthuse people and be part of a busy building control Team Good communication Skills and the ability to train and develop fellow RBI at all levels Enthusiastic and driven with the ability to solve problems and develop new ideas and initiatives. Understanding of the remit of a Building Control Team Leader within the wider context of Leeds City Council as a Local Authority About The Role As our next Building Control Team Leader, you bring your knowledge, experience and vision to help guide Leeds Building Control forward.
