Your expertise will ensure that every product, (bikes will make up around 85% of your work), is serviced and repaired to the highest standard, performing like new for longer.Your core responsibilities will include:In-depth Diagnosis: Identifying technical faults on customer products with precision and recommending the most appropriate solution to the customer.Expert Servicing & Repair: Performing comprehensive services and repairs on bicyclesCustomer-Centric Service: Ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience, offering advice and building trust.Operational Savvy: Efficiently managing stock, ordering necessary components, and maintaining accurate workshop records.Quality Assurance: Adhering to the highest standards of workmanship and safety in all repairs and builds.Business Acumen: Contributing to business performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.Your skillsYou're more than just a mechanic; you're a skilled technician with a deep understanding of sports equipment and a genuine love for helping people enjoy their passions.Sports Enthusiast: Your love for sports is evident in everything you do.Mechanical Mastery: Cytech Level 2 or beyond certification is desirable, or you possess equivalent demonstrable experience in a relevant environment.
