Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Housing Repairs Technician - Damp, Mould and Disrepair ??? to join our team based in Kirkby in Ashfield . You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of 27,711 - 30,060 per annum (pay award pending).Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.The Housing Repairs Technician - Damp, Mould and Disrepair role:We are looking for a qualified tradesman to undertake repairs and maintenance work in both tenanted and empty properties, predominantly relating to Damp, Mould and Disrepair.You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our customer's homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works.What we're looking for in our Housing Repairs Technician - Damp, Mould and Disrepair:You will possess a City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with knowledge of general building and construction.
