The successful candidate will have excellent industry contacts, a proven track record in sales, creative and analytical skills along with a dynamic approach.This is a unique opportunity to work across a mix of product categories - handbags and accessories, the Anya LIFE lifestyle collection, the travel focussed Labelled collection and a selection of creative activations. Each of these brand pillars have dedicated stores at The Village and are proven and poised for distribution growth.THE BRANDAnya Hindmarch founded her business in London in 1987 and it has since grown into a global brand. Today, it is as known for its luxury, organisation-obsessed accessories as it is for its groundbreaking work in sustainability and its playful experiential retail concepts. Creativity, modern craftsmanship and personalisation sit at the heart of everything Anya Hindmarch does. Alongside the beautiful seasonal collections which celebrate leather work and impeccable design, the Anya Hindmarch brand includes Anya Hindmarch Bespoke a line up of beautifully crafted, personalisable designs; the Labelled collection, which grew from Anyas obsession with organisation and love of labelling each piece is designed for a specific purpose; ANYA LIFE, the brands playful home and lifestyle collection, a line up of designs to animate your space; and Anya Hindmarch food, delicious and delectable fare with an Anya twist. At the Anya Cafe, a selection of drinks, lunch, cakes and afternoon tea are served with a twist of the brands trademark humour.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and execute a strong global commercial strategy to drive wholesale opportunities and revenueIdentify new business opportunities on an ongoing basis for all collections and capsulesDevelop and manage relationships with key wholesale partnersNegotiate and establish seasonal and yearly targets, terms and conditions per accountWork with retail and merchandise teams to ensure stock is maximisedWork with marketing team to ensure the brand is represented in the appropriate way, supported by relevant activities and editorial opportunities.Ensure all partners receive regular brand and collection training and commsKeep the Exec team updated on performance and opportunitiesWork closely with the design and merchandising teams on range plans and pricing/geo-pricingManage yearly overheads and monitor spendingManage a team of 2 peopleWork alongside a US based Wholesale Manager and our team in JapanPlan and execute markets and ongoing capsule dropsSignificant experience in a wholesale/retail environmentExcellent industry connectionsEducated to degree levelFluent spoken and written English.
