Your new roleProvide comprehensive advice and guidance on HR policies and employment law issues to staff and Managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders both internal and external. Manage the recruitment life cycle from start to finish; interviews, Psychometrics and work with Managers to recruit and select the best staff. Provide support to subsidiary companies. Development and review of policies in line with UK legal requirements and best practice. Support and manage a broad range of employee relations issues both formally and informally e.g. flexible working, complaints, sickness absence, maternity process, grievances, redundancy, restructuring and business transfers under TUPE. Support key HR projects within Europe as and when required. Ensure timely and accurate administration of personnel transactions i.e. offer letters, contracts of employment, pre-employment screening, transfers, probation end process, leavers, conduct exit interviews. Close liaison with the payroll Manager to ensure on-boarding, exit and other HR transactional work is being processed smoothly. Assist in any Training and L&D requirements from the Managers and staff. What you'll need to succeedExperience of working in a busy HR role within a multinational organisation.
