They offer extensive career development opportunities as well as the chance to be part of a fully supportive culture where everybody is valued.Transport Administrator ResponsibilitiesProvide continued administrative support for daily transport operationsCoordinate driver schedules, route plans, and vehicle allocationsMaintain accurate records on driver hours, tachographs, and compliance documentsProcess delivery paperwork including PODs, manifests, and booking confirmationsLiaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve delivery queriesMonitor vehicle tracking systems and update transport systems accordinglyAssist in preparing transport reports and performance KPIsSupport incident reporting and general administrative tasksEnsure compliance with legal, company, and H&S standardsTransport Administrator RequirementsPrevious experience in a transport or logistics admin role (Desirable)Understanding of driver hours and transport regulations (Desirable)Full UK driving licence (Desirable)Good working knowledge of Windows, Google Suite, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communicationTLP Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
