You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of the menu, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance the dining experience when appropriate. Working collaboratively with the Front of House team, you'll ensure efficient, high-quality service at all times.Your responsibilities will include executing thorough Mise en Place—such as setup, cleaning, and smooth shift handovers—as well as promptly addressing and following up on guest feedback and queries to maintain the highest standards of service.The IndividualWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven individual with a genuine passion for hospitality.
