We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Independent Prescriber to join our dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be expected to complete healthcare assessments as well as in-depth alcohol assessments and community alcohol detoxes. You will be expected to possess advanced clinical skills, a strong knowledge of pharmacology, and the ability to autonomously assess, diagnose, and manage patient care. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of care.Key requirements:Independent Prescriber qualificationRCGP Qualification Level 1 or willingness to work towards thisExperience of working within substance use (desirable)We welcome informal visits to provide the opportunity to meet our friendly team and learn more about the work we do.
