As Head of Internal Recruitment, you’ll be the strategic driver behind workforce planning and hiring strategy, ensuring the business remains resourced for excellence as it grows.Lead an RPO function that reflects the calibre of the work it supports.You’ll take ownership of an embedded internal recruitment team, driving direct delivery of all permanent and fixed-term hiring across operational, technical, and commercial functions. From senior project appointments to site-level roles, you’ll set the standards, systems, and strategy to ensure the organisation attracts, engages, and appoints the very best.You’ll oversee ATS and process optimisation, lead on employer brand development, and maintain governance and reporting across all activity. You’ll partner closely with the senior leadership team and divisional directors to provide a proactive, data-led and commercially aligned service.A strategic role for a hands-on leader.We’re looking for an experienced internal recruitment or RPO leader who knows what best-in-class looks like in a project-led, operationally intensive environment.
