We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Locum Practice Nurse to join a friendly and supportive GP practice team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse looking to work in a dynamic primary care setting on a flexible locum basis.Key Responsibilities:*Providing routine nursing care to patients including wound care, immunisations, travel vaccines, cervical cytology (smears), and health screenings.*Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension).*Assisting in the management of long-term conditions in collaboration with GPs.*Maintaining accurate patient records using clinical systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne, or Vision).*Promoting health education and disease prevention.Requirements:*Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.*Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse in a GP surgery or primary care setting.*Competent in all standard treatment room duties and chronic disease management.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Benefits:*Competitive hourly pay.*Flexible working hours.*Supportive and welcoming practice environment.*Opportunity to work across various practices if desired.If you are a Practice Nurse loo...
