Routine Management Delivery Driver needed for a high-profile supply chain organization. We are seeking an experienced, skilled and safety-conscious driver with excellent problem-solving skills to join our transportation team.We are dedicated to delivering quality products across the UK through efficient operations. Our core values of excellence, growth and teamwork make us an employer of choice in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Regularly inspect assigned vehicles before each journey and report any defects or issues.Document temperature-controlled compartments to ensure they reach optimal temperature prior to loading.Record arrival and departure times at each delivery point, along with temperatures recorded at each site.Collect empty cages and totes from the delivery point and maintain accurate counts.Evaluate road conditions before departing and during journeys to ensure secure transit.Store returned totes and cages in designated warehouse areas after completing each route.Maintain vehicle cleanliness, cabin, load compartment/trailer and exterior throughout daily activities.Requirements:Holding a full clean C+E driver's license and valid Driver Tacho Card.British License and valid Driver Qualification Card (DCPC) mandatory.A minimum 12 months' experience as a HGV driver with checkable work history.Excellent communication, attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.Able to develop strong working relationships at all levels within the organization.
