An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Surveyor/Estimator to join a well-established and specialist Property Services team. The role focuses on insurance loss repairs and reinstatement projects following fire, flood, water damage, and more, across domestic, residential, commercial, educational, and industrial buildings.Key Responsibilities:Pricing and estimating for projects (£10k–£500k)Site and drawing measurementsPreparing and negotiating quotations, valuations, and final accountsManaging subcontractor orders, payments, and variationsProviding commercial support across project deliveryWhat We’re Looking For:Commercially minded team player with relevant experienceSound knowledge of JCT contracts, building regs, and construction processesProficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.Ideally holds a professional qualificationMust be based within 1 hour of Gloucester and willing to travel to sites, office, and work from home as neededPackage Includes:Negotiable salary, car/allowance, fuel card, private health cover (for employee & spouse), pension, life insurance, and paid holidays.
