Your new role As a Fire Risk Assessor, you'll conduct fire risk assessments across Type 1, 2, and 3 buildings within our property portfolio-ensuring full compliance with fire safety regulations and standards. You'll be instrumental in identifying and reporting risks, recommending remedial works, delivering audits and inspections, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams and external organisations.Key duties include:Delivering 100% compliance for fire risk assessmentsProviding technical fire safety adviceEnsuring remedial works align with FRA timeframesParticipating in cross-team collaboration to raise fire safety standardsWhat you'll need to succeed We're looking for a qualified and experienced fire safety professional who brings:Tier 2 accreditation via IFSM (or willingness to obtain)A nationally recognised fire safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IFE)Relevant experience in the fire safety industryProven experience with FRA in social housingStrong knowledge of the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (2005)Clear, confident communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholdersPlease note: this role requires a DBS Basic check.
