For further information, or if you would like to arrange a visit prior to interview, please contact Victoria Tupper Tel: 07769923192 Person specification Education Registered General Nurse Educated to degree level or equivalent Post-registration qualification in clinical field eg: SPQDN (or working towards SPQDN) Nurse Prescriber Relevant teaching/mentoring qualification and evidence of teaching skills Demonstrable evidence of significant post-registration nursing experience in a community setting. Experience Evidence of and commitment to multi-professional working Demonstrate working within a multi-agency environment Have a comprehensive understanding of partnership working Demonstrate application of clinical governance Excellent understanding of community health and social care principles and practice Understanding of National and Local issues that impact on the local population. Comprehensive understanding of the roles of others in health and social care. Experience in managing multi-disciplinary staff. Experience in managing issues related to conflict resolution avoidance. Knowledge of the principles of Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and Children.
