Job responsibilitiesAbout the Role : As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you'll support quality care delivery, working closely with the General Manager and stepping into leadership roles in their absence. You'll motivate your team, lead by example, monitor standards, and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll also develop and implement strategies to meet your objectives. About You : You must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience with residents' diverse health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, and clinical risk assessments is essential. HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and supporting newly qualified nurses are also important.
