Purpose of the role: This role covers the following Territories: Brighton, Crawley, Eastbourne, Sevenoaks, and Eastbourne. This could be the role for you… Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be representing the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum. As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for increasing Unilever's ice cream brand performance, awareness, and availability across various UK retail outlets. You will be the eyes and ears of the brand, conducting retail store visits within a defined territory, with responsibilities to drive distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to boost both turnover and market share using our data tools. Responsibilities of the role: Visit a variety of grocery and convenience stores to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store. Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions that improve product distribution and availability. Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure product distribution, maximize availability, and increase sales, brand awareness, and engagement, while maintaining agreed plans. Act as the ‘eyes and ears' for the brand and Dee Set in-store by identifying issues, opportunities, and gathering retailer and competitor intelligence. Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive difference for our clients. Deliver professional and efficient store visits. Record and complete all information accurately on an iPad using our bespoke software system. We'd love you to join our team if you are: Experienced in sales, preferably with experience in the independent, wholesale, and convenience sectors. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. A great communicator who loves building credible relationships in stores. Motivated to build high-standard brand awareness and driven by results. Capable of delivering excellent in-store executional results. Data-driven and able to analyze data to drive results.
