We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HCPC registered Radiographer to join our supportive team at King’s College Hospital Radiology Department. This is a rotational post, offering a unique 50/50 split between Main Radiology and the Dental X-ray Department, providing excellent variety and professional growth.This role is Monday to Friday only, with no weekend or night shifts required. Shift hours vary between 08:00 and 20:00.In this position, you’ll maintain and further develop your skills in general X-ray imaging—covering trauma, inpatient, and outpatient cases—while also gaining valuable experience in maxillofacial imaging. At the King’s College Dental Institute, you’ll be involved in both intra-oral and extra-oral radiographic procedures, including work with fully digital systems and Cone Beam CT scanners. Patient centred care will be at the forefront of the post holder’s clinical and professional practice and they will demonstrate clinical skills that provide the highest standards possible.This is a rotational post, working alongside colleagues in Main Radiology and the Dental X-ray department. To better aid transition between the departments, there is a 50-50 split working across the departments. This role is Monday to Friday only, with no weekend or night shifts required. Shift hours vary between 08:00 and 20:00.They will exercise adherence to patient confidentiality legislation and maintain information governance standards at all times. They will be proficient in the use of the departments Radiology Information System (CRIS) and Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) associated with each patient episode.The post holder will be able to work autonomously and demonstrate the ability to prioritise their work in line with clinical need. The will be accountable for their own professional actions, operate within their scope of practice and will consult senior staff as and when necessary.
