Are you and IT support professional seeking a bit of a change and with an interest/ experience in development/ scripting? We have a great opportunity for an IT Support professional to join an established and growing organization. The role will be 5 days per week based onsite so you should be locally based in Kent. In this role you will provide IT support to the business including laptop/ desktop support including peripherals/ printers/ handhelds etc. In addition to learning about the organizations Warehouse management system and looking at technology improvements the organization can make to become more automated and streamlined. You will need proven experience in an IT support role - 1st/ 2nd line support and will also ideally have an interest/ experience within development/ scripting and an ability to adapt and learn. Good communication skills, positive approach and strong team working skills are essential and they need someone who is happy to support the business and team as needed in busy times. Key skills and experience sought include: Proven experience within IT support - 1st/ 2nd line IT support educational background/ qualifications that backs up interest in IT Interest/ experience in applications development and automations/ technology advancements that are going to support the business and help grow Proven ability to learn and adapt Strong team working skills and ability and willingness to support the business as needed Additional skills and experience of interest includes: experience within a logistics/ distribution/ supply chain/ warehouse management systems/ WMS Excellent opportunity within a growing business to assist in their IT/ technology journey.#J-18808-Ljbffr
