Onsite role 10am-4pm, Saturdays and/or Sundays Dudley, DY1 4ALWhat will you be doing? - Assisting with cleaning busy kitchen areas - Greeting and welcoming visitors; highlighting daily menus and answering questions - Clearing tables to help keep our catering units tidy - Gathering feedback from visitors and reporting back to the team to help continuously improve our offerWhat are we looking for? - Excellent people skills; Friendly and approachable - Customer service champion - Strong teamworking skills - Ability to tackle tasks independently - An interest in Black Country heritage (desirable)Expected start date Our aim is to invite the successful candidate(s) to a Volunteer Induction Day on Tuesday 26th August 2025, so we ask that you keep this date in mind when submitting your application.Who are we?
