They are looking for a pro-active Logistics Co-ordinator to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods across their supply chain. In a nutshell you will report to the Head of Department and manage 3rd party logistics partners, support daily dispatch and fulfilment operations.DutiesManage the day-to-day coordination of inbound and outbound logistics Liaise with warehouses, couriers, and 3rd party providers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues. Handle shipment bookings, delivery tracking, and issue resolution across domestic and international movements. Monitor and update stock levels across systems and physical storage points. Assist with inventory audits and ensure accurate stock records. Process and prepare internal and external orders for dispatch. Collaborate with suppliers, couriers, and logistics partners to ensure service levels are met. Work cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Services, Marketing, and Sales to support campaign fulfilment and stock availability Maintain and update logistics tracking sheets and provide regular reporting on deliveries, delays, and inventory KPIs.
