This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we use data to understand our customers across TK Maxx and Homesense in Europe. Youll play a key role in delivering actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and more personalised experiences.What Youll DoLead end-to-end customer analytics projects across loyalty, email, paid media, and e-commerce.Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders across the business.Build scalable models and reports to support marketing strategy and test-and-learn initiatives.Join data from multiple sources to uncover customer behaviours and opportunities.Champion a data-led culture and help develop talent within the team.What Youll Bring3+ years experience in customer analytics, ideally within a retail or marketing environment.Advanced SQL skills; Power BI, Google Analytics and Python knowledge a plus.Strong communication skills able to simplify the complex and influence decisions.A collaborative mindset and a passion for understanding customer behaviour.Experience with A/B testing and marketing performance measurement.What We OfferAt TJX Europe, we believe in supporting our associates to thrive both professionally and personally.
