Youll be responsible for managing stock, supporting customers, and keeping the yard safe, clean, and efficient.This role is ideal for someone whos hands-on, highly organised, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee goods in/out, loading, unloading, and stock handlingLead and manage a team of yard staff, ensuring high standards of work and safetyMonitor stock levels and support inventory accuracyMaintain a clean, organised, and safe yard environmentDeliver excellent on-site customer serviceEnsure all health and safety procedures are followedReport on yard activity and performanceWhat Theyre Looking ForPrevious experience in a similar supervisory or managerial yard-based roleStrong leadership and communication skillsGood knowledge of building materials (preferred)Awareness of health and safety practicesCounterbalance Forklift licence (required)Comfortable with physical tasks and operating machineryBasic computer skills for reporting and stock systemsFull UK driving licence may be requiredTPBN1_UKTJ
