Are you an experienced self employed M&E Engineer looking for your next contract?Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityIf so, we may have a role which is suited to you as we are recruiting a contract M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team.Youll be out and about on the road travelling to sites for planned maintenance (PPM) such as water hygiene checks and emergency lighting monthly flash testing. As well as PPM, reactive M&E is a key aspect of the role, this could include general plumbing, basic electrical tasks through to fault-finding on BMS and HVAC systems, amongst others.Youll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.
