In this role, you will lead the digital product strategy for Good Foods Web and App. You will guide all stages of the product development lifecycle from ideation, definition, testing, launch and re-iteration to bring continuous customer value.You will partner with Good Food, Commercial and Content as well as Product Design, Delivery, and Development teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.As a Senior Product Manager you will:Lead Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and drive the strategy for product features and roadmap for Good Food Web and App.Product Ownership: Take overall ownership and responsibility for the product backlog, including the creation, prioritization, and management of issues and epics.Customer-Centric Development: Deeply understand customer needs, working with Product Design to translate them into effective product developments.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and align on desired outcomes.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and insights to continuously test, optimise, and inform product decisions.Prototyping & MVPs: Lead product testing initiatives and develop prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).Performance Monitoring: Track the success of product features using appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Cross-Team Collaboration: Share learnings and solutions across teams proactively.Mentorship: Provide mentoring and management support to junior and mid-level team members as needed.Process Improvement: Work with the wider product and development team to enhance our products and processes.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing product management experienceExperience with owning and driving product strategy and deliveryCustomer-centric mindset, focused on understanding user behaviour and translating insights into product recommendationsDesirable:Experience working in the food or groceries industryStrong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and ExcelBenefits:A relaxed working environment with regular socials including a summer festivalImmediate Community webinars, well-being initiatives and Mental Health First aiders25 days holiday plus a day for your birthday.
