Job DescriptionRead all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.Project Director - Central London OfficeDeverellsmith has partnered with a leading mixed-use developer who is looking to hire a Project Director to focus on an exciting central London office scheme.We're seeking an experienced Development professional to lead a major commercial development project from RIBA Stage 3 through to market delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage development from RIBA Stage 3, bringing the project to marketDevelop and drive project delivery programmes to achieve strategic goalsOversee project governance and seek approvals for key recommendationsBuild and lead cross-functional project teams from internal departmentsDevelop, monitor, and report on detailed development appraisals and budgetsWork with agents to identify pre-leasing and forward funding opportunitiesLiaise with third parties, neighbours, and key stakeholdersManage Rights of Light strategies and S203 processesLead negotiations with legal advisors on all development aspectsCompetitively procure and appoint external consultantsEnsure construction costs and risks are accurately managed and reportedDevelop sustainability strategies aligned with corporate objectivesManage town planning risks and negotiationsPrepare leasing and marketing strategies including collateral and marketing suitesEssential Experience:Proven track record in Development and Project Management of major commercial projectsExperience liaising with potential tenants and third-party fundersKnowledge of Environmental and Social GovernanceBackground in Development Management or Project ManagementTrack record working with public authorities (TfL, Network Rail, etc.)Knowledge of Rights of Light and S203 processesUnderstanding of commercial viability and delivery of commercial constructionExperience delivering BREEAM Outstanding developmentsKnowledge of partnership/joint venture structures#J-18808-Ljbffr
