Across the board, we build high-quality, performant and user-friendly solutions that leverage the latest technologies to deliver exceptional results for both scale-ups and large companies.Our Technology Practice has 5 capabilities:Software EngineeringQuality ManagementThe Role:Were looking for a Principal with strong solution analysis skills and deep experience in Jira. Youll lead client-facing work focused on improving delivery tooling and processes, often centred around Jira, but not limited to it. Youll understand how delivery teams operate, work with stakeholders to map requirements, and shape practical, scalable solutions across multiple toolsets.Youll contribute across a range of transformation projects, bringing structure and clarity to complex delivery environments. Youll also support internal capability development and help grow Valcons tooling and delivery propositions.What Youll Do:Lead solution analysis work across delivery tooling, with Jira as a core strengthGather and translate business needs into tool and process design, across agile and hybrid modelsConfigure or guide configuration of Jira to support delivery governance, workflows, and reportingAnalyse existing delivery practices and recommend improvements across tooling, process, and structureWork across related platforms (e.g. Confluence, DevOps tools, resource planning tools, reporting dashboards)Run workshops, gap as-is and to-be processes, and align tools to business needsSupport delivery teams in adopting tools and ways of workingContribute to internal accelerators, methods, and capability build in the tooling spaceCoach and guide analysts and client-side teams where requiredWhat Youll Bring:Hands-on experience with Jira in a solution analyst, delivery, or tooling-focused roleStrong understanding of delivery practices and how tools support visibility, governance, and flowAbility to work across toolsets and adapt to client-specific platforms (e.g. Azure DevOps, SAP, ServiceNow)Confident working with stakeholders to draw out and define requirementsExperience designing and improving delivery workflows and tooling setupsStrong communication and facilitation skillsBackground in consultancy and transformationJira certifications or equivalent practical experienceExperience with reporting and integrationFamiliarity with agile delivery at scale (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)Broader interest in tooling strategy, DevOps practices, or delivery optimisationWe offer you:The opportunity to work in a diverse and international environment with an informal culture, with a flat hierarchy, in which we cooperate across business areas and levels.
