In this hybrid role, you’ll manage and develop software and IT-based solutions tailored to the engineering sector. You'll act as a key bridge between technical teams and customers, shaping product strategy and ensuring successful delivery.Location – West Midlands with travel to customers in the UKPermanent roleSalary £50,000 – 60,000 + bonus + carKey Responsibilities:Drive the roadmap and lifecycle of software and infrastructure productsEngage with internal engineering teams and external customers to capture requirementsTranslate technical capabilities into commercial benefitsOversee product launches, enhancements, and updatesConduct market research and competitor analysisSupport sales and marketing with product expertise and positioningEnsure all solutions meet industry and customer standardsExperience:Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software/IT-focused roleBackground in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or similar sectorsSolid understanding of infrastructure, data, cloud-based systems, or digital platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with product development cycles, from concept to deliveryIdeal Candidate Background:You may have started your career in IT, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, and evolved into a commercial, product-focused role.
