You’ll be part of a team that brings cutting-edge designs to life, machining complex components for some of the most advanced aircraft systems in the world.What You’ll Be Doing:Setting up and operating a range of CNC machines (mill/turn, multi-axis).Supporting NPI programs, working closely with engineering and quality teams to develop and refine new components.Performing first-off inspections and completing all required quality documentation.Working to extremely tight tolerances in a high-spec aerospace environment.What You’ll Bring:A recognised engineering apprenticeship.5+ years of CNC machining experience (Okuma, Mazak, DMG, Matsura, Puma, etc.).A strong background in engineering or manufacturing — aerospace experience preferred.Deep understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and inspection methods.A proactive mindset with a focus on precision, quality, and continuous improvement.Please apply for a confidential chat.
