Their project values typically range from £4m up to £15m, operating within key industries including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, leisure, and social housing.Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to join their team – someone confident leading projects from pre-construction through to completion.The Role:This is a site-based leadership role with full responsibility for managing projects across healthcare, hostels, and hospital environments, typically in the £4m–£15m value range. You’ll be overseeing all aspects of site management.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end site/project management from start through to handoverOversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are delivered to a high standardLead and coordinate subcontractors and site teamsLiaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are metReporting progress, managing costs, and resolving issues as they ariseMust be able to travel and lodge away when required.
