Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Manufacturing company in their search fora Galvanizing Manager - Nightsto work in their leading facility inTelfordFor the successful Galvanizing Manager - Nights - our client is offering; Negotiable starting salary between £40,000 - £47,500 depending on experience Nights - Monday to Friday - 8pm - 6am Permanent position within a expanding Manufacturing business The Role - Galvanizing Manager - Nights: Leading by example to maintain a safe / efficient workplace at all times Consistently meet company quality standards, ensuring satisfaction for both internal/external customers Establish and enforce production standards to deliver reliable, high quality service Overseeing 1 Supervisor and around 16 members of staff on the Shopfloor Ensuring timely output of products Drive operations throughput by monitoring performance, meeting targets Keeping waste to a minimum Communicate clear job expectations , plan and assess performance, develop employees through coaching and mentorship Implement cost saving measures Develop and maintain robust reporting procedures Execute production plans by scheduling personnel, prioritising tasks, tracking progress and resolving issues
