Job Title:"Mobile Trailer Mechanic"About the RoleAs a Mobile Trailer Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing detailed inspections, servicing and repairs on trailers to maintain the highest standards of safety and functionality.You will accurately and efficiently complete all compliance documentation, diagnose and resolve issues using EBS systems such as HALDEX, WABCO and KNORR BREMSE, and participate in ongoing product and industry training to continuously develop your expertise.Delivering exceptional customer service while meeting tight deadlines is essential, as well as following all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed inspections, servicing and repairs on trailers.Accurately and efficiently complete all compliance documentation.Diagnose and resolve issues using EBS systems.Participate in ongoing product and industry training.Deliver exceptional customer service.Follow all health and safety guidelines.RequirementsSemi-Trailer or Heavy Vehicle experience.Industry standard qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQs.HGV Class 1 driving licence (desirable).IRTEC accreditation (desirable).EBS diagnostics experience, including Knorr Bremse, Haldex, and WABCO systems (desirable).Welding certification (desirable).Training or experience with axle manufacturers such as BPW, SAF or JOST (desirable).Tail lift training and experience (desirable).Double deck or lifting deck maintenance experience (desirable).
