From the first hello to handing over the keys, youll create an exceptional experience for every customer.Please note that the working pattern for this position is Thursday Monday.The role will include:Engage with prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our range of new homesConduct viewings, both in person and virtually, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of our developmentsManage the sales process from initial inquiry to final handover, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for buyersMaintain in-depth knowledge of our properties, pricing, and incentives to help customers make informed decisionsWork closely with the marketing and development teams to keep up to date with the latest property launches and offersWhat experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?Previous experience in property sales, ideally in new homes or real estateOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceTarget-driven with a proactive approach to salesAbility to work weekends, as this is when we meet many of our potential buyersFull UK Driving Licence and use of your own car is requiredWhats in it for you?Competitive salary & Commission, OTE circa (Uncapped)Contributory pensionLife coverFull training and ongoing support to help you succeedOpportunity to work in a thriving, high-demand marketA vibrant, supportive team environmentThe chance to be a key player in helping people find their dream homes!Ready to take the next step in your career?
