The RoleI’m working with one of the UK’s top insurance law firms, highly regarded for its collaborative environment and expertise in property damage and insurance litigation. As the firm continues to grow, they’re looking to appoint a Litigation Executive / Paralegal to join their successful Property Damage team.In this role, you’ll support senior solicitors on a broad caseload involving both subrogated recovery and defended liability matters. Cases often relate to fires, floods, water or oil escapes, impact damage, and nuisance or trespass claims.Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, reviewing evidence, conducting legal research, preparing trial bundles, and attending court and counsel conferences.
