This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial property to take on a varied and high-quality caseload, with the flexibility of full or part-time working options.The OpportunityIn this role, you will manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions, working with a broad range of clients across sectors. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, where your expertise is valued and your development is supported.Key ResponsibilitiesSale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises, with or without vacant possessionLandlord and tenant transactionsAcquisition and disposal of land for development, including promotion agreements, options, conditional contracts, and overage provisionsActing for lenders and pension schemes in secured lending and property mattersDelivering high-quality client service and meeting deadlines under pressureWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience handling a broad commercial property caseload, ideally 1 PQE+Strong technical knowledge and attention to detailExcellent communication and client care skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approachIf you’re ready to take the next step in your commercial property career with a supportive and modern firm, we’d love to hear from you.
