Someone early in their career looking for the next opportunity to support their development. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients to navigate HR transformation, ensuring their HR function is supported, engaged, and ready for change.You’ll bring together your understanding of HR, its capabilities and best practice application. Applying creativity to problem solving, enthusiasm to get stuck in, and a chance to be hands-on learning the craft of consulting in HR. What you’ll do:Support the client account management – building strong relationships, acting as an extension of their HR team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and hone your HR skills, specifically in:HR Systems (HRIS)HR Data management and intelligent reportingProject ManagementHR processes Change Management. Collaborating across the team and with a range of clients, you’ll be exposed to lots of opportunities and quickly. For example: Honing your stakeholder engagement skills, fostering collaboration with teams cross HR, IT, and business units to assess impact and drive adoption. Ensuring alignment and buy-in.Become a specialist in mapping processes to redesign and document new ways of working.Become a specialist in managing a project of work, from ideation to realisation. Learn how to design and deliver change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and build change plans tailored to client culture and needs.Support the management of data cleanse and migration, from one system to another. Develop a deep understanding of HR systems, configuration and the importance of accurate, quality data. Design and facilitate engaging workshops and feedback loops to support the end-to-end change.Opportunity to support the creation and implementation of communication plans that stimulate awareness, adoption, and engagement across all levels of the organisation to ensure the new ways of working stick. Using your knowledge of HR, understand how strategic measures are developed and mapped to business outcomes. Supported by intelligence business analysis and reporting to drive effective actions. Skills and experience:We are looking for a passionate HR individual, who is at the beginning of their career journey. Someone who wants to advance their HR knowledge and real-world application, in a HR consultancy environment. As this is a people-focused role, we are keen for a candidate to have curiosity as a skill, and demonstrate emotional intelligence and a growth mindset. Someone who takes an interest in why people respond to change in the way that they do, and how best to support them through their change journey. As this is a consultancy role, you’ll get the chance to work with different clients in many different industries. Working remotely, you’ll need to be a self-starter who takes the initiative. Experience of working in a HR function is a must. Experience working with or alongside HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP Success Factors or Workday) is a bonus, but not essential.A pragmatic and people-centred approach to tasks, able to work flexibly and adapt to the pace of change as led by the client. Facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Effective communication skills – both personally and through materials you create. Comfortable working remotely, as part of a virtual team and managing multiple priorities.Continuous improvement driver, to constantly advance the way you work and to add greater value to clients.
