A vibrant and rapidly growing fashion company is on the hunt for a talented Ladieswear Designer to become an integral part of their innovative design team.In this exciting role, you’ll design across a diverse range of multi-product Ladieswear, transforming trend insights into commercially successful collections. You'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your ideas will shape future fashion ranges.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with buying teams and attend customer meetings to build trend-led, commercial ranges aligned with seasonal briefsCreate detailed and accurate CADs to bring your concepts to lifeConduct in-depth market and trend research, translating your findings into mood boards and fresh design ideasDesign and develop compelling Ladieswear collections that span multiple product categoriesLiaise with overseas factories, ensuring seamless development from concept to productionWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a similar Ladieswear design role, ideally across multi-product categoriesA strong commercial eye with the ability to balance creativity and market demandsExcellent CAD skills and a sharp attention to detailConfidence working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environmentA team player who thrives on collaboration and innovationIf you’re ready to take the next step in your fashion career and help shape the future of a thriving brand, we’d love to hear from you!
