Strategic Product Lead (Pharma) | CambridgeHartmann Young is partnered with a growing and dynamic pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge. We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Strategic Product Lead to lead the roadmapping and lifecycle of key commercial products and support the launch of new treatments in rare diseases and pharma. This is a cross-functional role bridging product strategy, marketing, data insights, and patient experience, ensuring every product truly makes a difference.You’ll work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Patient Support teams to drive product excellence from concept through to market, with real impact on patients’ lives.Key Requirements:Prior experience in commercial product management (Life Sciences or Pharma)Experience across the full product lifecycle and strategic developmentProven strategic thinker and collaboratorStrong project management skills with high attention to detailExcellent relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partnersConfident negotiator with experience managing third-party stakeholdersProactive, problem-solving mindset with strong initiativeAnalytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-makingResults-oriented, with accountability for timelines and budgetsDesirable Experience:Experience launching new products, ideally in pharma or oncologyWorking with KOLs, MAH partners, or commercial data teamsFamiliarity with compliance in regulated environmentsLocation: Cambridge or Cambridgeshire-based (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)Please apply directly or reach out to for more information.
