Please send us our CV to review.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed store sales targets by setting and managing team and individual goalsImplement strategic sales initiatives and focus campaigns to drive key product categoriesAnalyse business reports to develop actionable plans and optimize performanceMonitor and be accountable for simplified P&L aspects, including inventory and KPIsInspire, coach, and lead the store team to meet and exceed sales and service targetsBuild strong customer relationships and foster loyalty, particularly among key clientsConduct daily briefings and regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planningBuild a strong succession pipeline and promote a culture of growthEnforce and support all company security and operational proceduresProvide high-touch, personalized service and ensure satisfaction through after-sales supportRepresent the brand at local and national events across the UK when requiredSkills & ExperienceProven success in retail leadershipStrong sales acumen and a client-focused mindset with the ability to nurture key accountsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experienced in team leadership, performance management, and staff developmentConfident managing P&L, budgeting, and forecastingA true brand ambassador with impeccable personal presentation and communication
