If you're ready to make a meaningful impact every day, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Coaching and leading a team of people and supporting roles to balance the challenge of communal living and creating a supportive home-from-home environmentWorking with the team to allocate rooms and standardise family introductions to the HouseCoordinating administration and operational duties within the team Establishing and developing valuable donor relationships, ensuring all fundraising opportunities are explored and passed on appropriatelyWorking to an agreed budget and understanding the importance of maintaining tight controls within the HouseEnsuring personnel files are accurate and complying with Charity and legal regulationsUnderstanding and following policies and procedures for the House’s key control systemOverseeing full and proper use of database systemsManaging the House team scheduleManaging House volunteersBeing involved in House events and activitiesBuilding relationships with internal and external stakeholdersBeing fully flexible to provide on call duties on a regular basis to be shared with the House ManagerSkills and AbilitiesAbility to manage a team to achieve high standards of House operations and build and maintain relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and confident in communicating with a wide range of audiencesGood IT skillsBe able to show empathy while maintaining professional boundariesDemonstrates an understanding of and maintains the principles of confidentialityAmbitious, self-motivated and enthusiasticUnderstands or willing to learn medical terminology most frequently used by resident families
