Acting as a key advisor on people-related matters, the postholder will lead on workforce planning, employee relations, talent management and project work, aligning all activity with the organisation’s values and strategic objectives.Duties will include:Providing high-level advice on complex employee relations issues such as absence, performance, disciplinary and capability mattersDeveloping and implementing strategic workforce plans in partnership with Heads of SchoolSupporting recruitment forecasting and delivering efficient, high-quality hiring campaignsDesigning and facilitating training on leadership, management and People policiesLeading on change management, workforce analytics and reportingSupervising and developing the People Advisor, ensuring consistency and high standardsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisorEnsuring full compliance with policies, employment law and safeguarding requirementsAbout the Successful Applicant:You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in a generalist HR role. You’ll bring strong employment law knowledge, proven experience in managing ER cases, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
