What You’ll Be DoingPartnering with senior operations leaders, acting as atrusted financial advisorDeliveringrobust financial analysisto inform business strategy and performanceLeading elements of theannual budget and reforecasting processBuilding and improving abest-in-class reporting suite , working closely with BI and operationsTracking site and area performance – with a focus onsales, labour and controllable costsEvaluating thefinancial impact of new initiatives , supporting growth and ROI deliveryCollaborating cross-functionally – especially with Commercial Planning and Group FP&ASupporting theSenior Finance Managerand MD with strategic projects and performance insightWhat You’ll BringQualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or similar) or equivalent commercial finance experienceProven track record as a Finance Business Partner, ideally inhospitality or F&BExpert-level skills infinancial modelling, planning, and reportingCommercial mindset – you're not just about numbers, you're about what they meanStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructivelyAgile, analytical and comfortable jugglingmultiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environmentA little bit about us… The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team.
