We specialise in bespoke commercial heating, industrial services, and mechanical engineering.Job ResponsibilitiesAs Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will work for Vital Heating Solutions, overseeing all commercial projects.Your core responsibilities include:Supervising all employees and subcontractors on commercial projectsCreating and maintaining detailed diary schedules for each projectBe the authoritative lead on all commercial jobs and coordinate with the Managing Director to ensure all preparations are in place.Communicating directly with the office manager regarding logistic staffing and material requirementsInspection documentation and sign off of all deliveriesEssential Requirements:Proven previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the commercial mechanical sector.SSSTS or SMSTS certification (Site Supervisor/Manager Safety Training Scheme)Valid First Aid training certificationCSCS card holder (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)Health & Safety training – desirable but not essentialValid DBS certification (Disclosure and Barring Service) required before start dateWe offer fantastic incentives for you , such as:FlexibilityFurther Training & DevelopmentOptional overtimeA company vanFuel cardOther company benefits – MHFA, EAP and Team DaysAt Vital Heating Solutions, we celebrate diversity and are committed to equal opportunity for all.
