The Role:As Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take the reins of the mechanical design function, guiding a small team, maintaining design standards and delivering robust, cost-effective mechanical systems for complex industrial products.You will be hands-on, involved in every stage of the product lifecycle whilst ensuring design quality, process efficiency, and technical integrity.
